Can I select which flowers to send?

We create a new arrangement of beautiful flowers each Monday for you, using what’s fresh and in season. All you need to do is to think about the person you want to put a smile on, and we’ll do the rest for you. This is our point of difference to your traditional flower delivery service.

Where do you deliver?

We now deliver all across Vienna.

What time will my bunch be delivered? Can I get them delivered at a certain time?

Most of our orders are delivered between 1pm and 5.30pm. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accommodate requests for delivery before 10 am. We will attempt to accommodate requests for morning delivery after 10 am but this isn’t always possible as we deliver in the morning to a limited number of districts only and these vary depending on our capacity. We will let you know on the morning of delivery if we can’t accommodate your request. If your request is urgent please call us. We can generally accommodate afternoon requests.

What size of bouquet can I order?

We offer a one sized arrangement, a mono or mixed bunch of approx. 8 - 10 stems for 25 € .

What days do you operate?

As we are just starting out, we deliver flowers every Monday at the moment. However we are planning to deliver every weekdays in the near future, depending on the demand. As we’re an online business, you can preorder flowers for a Monday deliveries at any time.

Can I include a message?

Yes sure, All our bunches come with a card where your message will be hand typed by us, on our studio's vintage typwritter called "Getrud". (courtesy of our studio mate www.sebastianmueller.at) Please ensure you sign off with your name so your recipient knows who send the flowers. We don’t include your name on the note unless you have written it in your message, as some senders prefer to remain anonymous.

Do you have an order deadline?

We take orders for same-day delivery until 12.30pm - Vienna time, each Monday, unless we sell out prior but we suggest preordering your bunches is always the best option. You can do that any time of the day :)

What if nobody is at home?

Please take some time to find out if the recipient will be available to receive the delivery and whether an alternative address ( maybe a workplace? ) would be better. In the case where nobody is home, we’ll do our best to find a safe and shady spot for them at the property listed on the order and will always leave the flowers in water. If you have any special delivery instructions ie. a code for an apartment building please let us know on the order page.

What if I entered the wrong adress when ordering?

We want your loved one to receive their flowers so please double check their address is correct before ordering, including the apartment number or house and provide us with as much information as possible to help us to a successful delivery. If you provide us with the wrong address and we find out during delivery, someone answers the door and tells us, we will contact you and attempt a same-day re-delivery if the right address is in the same district at no additional cost. If the other address is in another district we will have to re-schedule and charge you additonal 10€ to ensure same day delivery. If no one answers the door, we have no way of knowing that the address is wrong so we’ll leave the delivery at the address listed on the order. It’s up to you if you want to collect the flowers from the incorrect address. If you need to change your recipient’s address or any other order details, please contact us by 9am on the day your order is due to be delivered. Feel free to contact us up until 12.30pm, though we cannot guarantee any changes after 9am because your order may already be on its way.

Do you offer flower subscriptions?

Yes surely!! We offer flower subscription, on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. We usually need at least a day’s notice to begin your flower subscription, so if you choose today’s date as a start date, we cannot guarantee your first bunch will arrive that day. If it doesn’t, it will arrive the following Monday.

What if the bunch is due to be delivered as part of my subscription over the Christmas period, or while I'm away?

If one of your flower bunches is due on a public holiday or over our Summer and Christma holiday, you’ll receive it on the next Monday. If you’re going away, send us an email and we’ll put your flower subscription on hold until you return.

What if I have a question that isn't answered here?

What special Instructions should I include?

Residential Address: Please ensure that we will be able to gain access to the building. If the address is within a secure building, please ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery or alternatively specify a safe location where the flowers can be left. If we cannot leave the flowers in a safe location, they will be returned to our studio and we will need to re-deliver the flowers. If we need to re-deliver flowers, we have to charge an additional delivery fee of 10€. Hospital Address: Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if possible. In our experience, some patients are admitted to hospital under their maiden surname so if possible please include this in addition to their married surname. Business Address: Please provide the name of the business and whether the flowers should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or building concierge.

How do I know when my flowers have been delivered?

Once your bunch is delivered you will receive an email confirmation. To check on the delivery status of your order please send us an email to hello@abunchofkindness.com
